PRIMITIVE PAINTING: Day 4

The sun is shining, but so sad to say goodbye to everyone!

Before brunch, Mindy displayed a way to start with a dark background to create people.
The result adds such a primitive look.  Truly Awesome!

We played for a little while before sharing.
And what great works of art!! Each personal and each unique. Everyone has a story for being there.... a need, a want, and a desire. All different, but all inspiring.  So thankful for this day!
My heart is full.
(Yet my art still needs some finishing touches)

(Mindy's Donna....so adorable)

The stars were so bright the night before, I had to capture it before the day ended.
All these pieces are a work in progress...so I will post my final book in a future post.

My AH-HA Moment was when
Mindy stated "Making mistakes leads to making discoveries."
This message rang true for everyone in the class the entire week.  We all learned from each other, and we all taught each other something.  A true blessing to be at this workshop and embrace the love, warmth, and spirit of Mindy Lacefield.  She's the Tim Sally of the World, ya know!!
